Dalglish 11/8 To Bag First Win

Liverpool prepare to travel to Wolves today for tomorrow's early kick off away to Wolves, and Kenny Dalglish's men are 11/8 to bag the victory.

The odds of 9/4 about last week's big game with Everton ending in a draw were very popular and the 2-2 final score was the 15th sharing of the spoils between the sides in the last 40 meetings.

There could be more of the same on Saturday when Liverpool travel to face Wolves. This fixture has ended 0-0 and 1-1 in the last two renewals and there have been only six goals in the last five meetings between the sides.

A draw by any score is a 9/4 chance again while you could get closer to 3/1 by limiting yourself to 0-0 or 1-1.

As always we will be showing the game live and for free at the following site:

Liverpool Looking To Sell Konchesky

We understand that several Premier League clubs have made enquiries for Liverpool left back Paul Konchesky.

Konchesky, who joined Liverpool from Fulham at the beginning of the season, has found himself out of favour at Anfield in recent weeks and has not played since Dalglish replaced Roy Hodgson as Liverpool manager.

Dalglish has used Glen Johnson as left-back in the last 2 games, fuelling rumours that Konchesky is not in Dalglish's plans.

The defender's situation at Liverpool is believed to have alerted several Premier League rivals who are believed to have asked Liverpool about his availability.

Although due to FIFA regulations, he cannot play for 3 clubs in a season, but with Fulham interested, he could go back to Fulham.

He hasn't impressed much this season anyway, with some terrble form losing the support of the Anfield crowd, and a nice amount of money for the left-back could help Liverpool push forward, especially with Stephen Warnock set to return.

Suarez Talks Climax

Liverpool are reportedly nearly guaranteed to sign Luis Suarez, with owner Henry and his wife spotted enjoying a meal with Suarez's agent on Tuesday night.

This follows many rumours recently regarding Suarez's move to Anfield, and with Liverpool catching all the headlines and Tottenham drifting into the shadows, it seems that a transfer is imminent.

Suarez has an amazing record with Ajax, with 81 goals in 108 games, and Dalglish hopes he is the perfect strike partner for Fernando Torres to turn Liverpool's fortunes around this year, and at 23 years old, seasons to come too.

Liverpool Officially Make Move For World Class Suarez

After weeks of rumours flooding our blog, Liverpool have officially made a move for Ajax Striker Luis Suarez, in what could be regarded "The best signing since Torres".

Liverpool are firm favourites to sign the attacker, with Suarez admitting he wants to move to Anfield, and Ajax finally admitting they will have to sell Suarez should the right offer come in.

Kenny Dalglish had made it his number 1 priority in January to sign a striker to support Torres.

Suarez has scored an amazing 81 goals in 108 games for Ajax and was the Dutch footballer of the year last year, as well as starring and impressing in the World Cup.

This follows news that Liverpool are on the verge of signing Stephen Warnock on loan with the option of the move being made permanent, and rumours state we are also in the market for a center midfielder.

Liverpool Eye Up Dutch Captain

Liverpool are rumoured to be eyeing the Dutch captain Mark van Bommel.

Due to his age, 33, and the fact that he has 6 months on his contract he could be available for as little as £2,500,000 as reports are coming out that the German club would rather cash in now than lose him at the end of the season.

Newspaper "The Sunday Times" are claiming that Liverpool have tabled a bid for the experienced midfielder, who has made 66 appearances for Holland.

Van Bommel's agent has recently rejected interest from Inter and AC Milan, stating that he would prefer a move to England, where he has interest from Liverpool and Aston Villa.

Liverpool Take Lead In Race For World Class Suarez

There has been plenty of rumour surrounding the future of Ajax's Luis Suarez, and it seems Liverpool have overtaken Tottenham in the race to sign the striker. The reports come from a reliable source of Dutch news.

Dalglish is desperate to strengthen up front and give Fernando Torres a strike partner, and Suarez, 23, who has 81 goals in 108 for Ajax, would be the perfect striker to fit the bill.

It is reported that Liverpool contacted Ajax on Saturday regarding the transfer, and the negotiations are currently continuing.

Tottenham, who have also been chasing the striker, have taken a blow recently when Suarez has made it public he prefers a move to Merseyside because of the presence of many Spanish speaking players to help the young striker blend into the squad.

Suarez is contracted to Ajax until Summer 2013, and it is estimated to take offers in the region of £17,000,000 to take the striker, but with Ajax's financial difficulty negotiations could lead in a lower transfer fee.
