Chelsea today had a £35,000,000 bid for Fernando Torres rejected, with Liverpool insiting that he is not for sale.
When the story broke yesterday night, a Liverpool spokesperson said "Chelsea have made a bid for Fernando which has been turned down, the player is not for sale."
Worryingly it is rumoured from strong sources, including Sky Sports, that Fernando Torres has told Liverpool to "listen to Chelsea's offer".
