Liverpool Looking To Sell Konchesky

We understand that several Premier League clubs have made enquiries for Liverpool left back Paul Konchesky.

Konchesky, who joined Liverpool from Fulham at the beginning of the season, has found himself out of favour at Anfield in recent weeks and has not played since Dalglish replaced Roy Hodgson as Liverpool manager.

Dalglish has used Glen Johnson as left-back in the last 2 games, fuelling rumours that Konchesky is not in Dalglish's plans.

The defender's situation at Liverpool is believed to have alerted several Premier League rivals who are believed to have asked Liverpool about his availability.

Although due to FIFA regulations, he cannot play for 3 clubs in a season, but with Fulham interested, he could go back to Fulham.

He hasn't impressed much this season anyway, with some terrble form losing the support of the Anfield crowd, and a nice amount of money for the left-back could help Liverpool push forward, especially with Stephen Warnock set to return.

  1. Thank god! I dunno who's more switched off when he plays, me, or him! Least when I dose off it doesn't affect the team!

Can't see him ever being popular with what his mum said on Facebook, his woeful performances won't help much either!
