It is reported that Liverpool have offered £17,000,000 for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo, and also reported that Sevilla are willing to accept.
Liverpool have been largely rumoured to be in the market for a striker, with a few world class strikers being linked.
Negredo is currently impressive and has scored 10 goals in 16 starts in all competitions for club & country this season.
Negredo has his feet rooted firmly on the ground, but he is aware of the interest that Liverpool are said to be showing.
He said "I read something, but my representative has said there is nothing happening at the moment. I am comfortable with the situation and will just focus on playing for Sevilla."
